How pricing works
Prices aren't printed on this site. They are Anna's own, and the booking page shows them before you confirm.
What decides the price
A visit's price follows the service, how long it takes and what you add. The booking page shows the price when you choose a service.
The service and its length
Add-ons, such as LED light or an extra mask
Whether the visits are booked as the six-visit series
Nothing is added on the day without asking you first
What the consultation covers
The consultation is its own 30-minute visit, or the first half of the first visit. It comes before your first facial and before any series. It is booked like any other service, and the booking page shows its price.
Deposits
The first visit and the series take a deposit to hold your time. It goes toward your service and is not an extra charge. Anna sets the amount on the booking page.
Cancelling or running late
Give 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a visit and your deposit stays with your booking. Later than that, or a missed visit, and the deposit is kept.
Add-ons and changes on the day
LED light, an extra mask and extra time for extractions are added to a facial when you ask. Each lists its own time, and the booking page shows its price. Anna agrees with you before adding one on the day.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never expected. You can add one when you pay, in the studio or on the booking page.
