Before
Anna tells you at booking what to pause and what to bring. Come with your skin as it is; don't pick at it beforehand.
After
For a day or two, go gently: no exfoliating products, and sunscreen outside. She goes over your routine before you leave.
Ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant or might be, use a prescription skin medicine or have a skin condition a doctor is managing, ask before you book.
